Authenticity and accessing our authenticity is the core focus in this process. Often, we need to remove the layers of who we are not to discover who we truly are. This is a journey we all go through at me stage in our life, the letting go of another person’s view on a subject matter. Over time, we have been influenced by society, organisations, family & influential people in power.

Who am I really? A Lovely thought to ponder on and I love assisting individuals to explore, contemplate this as they start to realise that who they thought they were, is not truly who they are or could become. This is where the previously impossible, becomes possible for the individuals. This excites me!
