The purpose of the Retreats is to connect people more to Nature & allow the power of Nature to reflect their inner strengths or limitations along with releasing what no longer serves them and create healthier behaviors and life fulfillment.
Healing the emotional scars of the past & creating fresh perspective are fundamental elements in my Retreats.
Most of the Retreats I facilitate myself, and there are times I partner with someone who is specialised in a specific field to enhance what I do, adding more value and impact to the attendees.
I love creating a safe, homely space where people can be themselves & access their deeper potential.
My Retreats range from 1 to 2 day Retreats, making it accessible to most people who have busy schedules.
